2nd Annual Trash Fish Sarasota

Edible Sarasota, chefs Stephen Phelps (Indigenous), Darwin Santa Maria (Darwin’s on 4th) and four other Sarasota and nationally-renowned chefs at Louie’s Modern pulled off a hugely successful dinner on August 2nd, 2015. Trash Fish Sarasota was a delicious opportunity to taste underutilized seafood species, learn about the future of sustainable seafood, and connect with leading change makers in the Sarasota culinary community.
