Trash Fish Chicago 2014
On May 19th Trash Fish returned to the Windy City with a seven course, family-style meal prepared by talented chefs from Chicago and beyond, and featured the best seafood you’ve probably never tried. Besides an impressive selection of hometown heroes, chef Susan Spicer joined us from New Orleans and chef Colby Garrelts headed up from Kansas City. It was a fun and delicious time, all to help support the work of Chefs Collaborative and promote ocean and fishing sustainability.
