Meat Matters for a rare opportunity to explore The Butcher & Larder and Local Foods, learn about and celebrate responsibly-raised meat, and connect with leading change makers in the culinary world.

6-8 pm: VIP butchering demonstration with Adam Danforth (James Beard Award-winning author and butcher, Board Member) and Rob Levitt (The Butcher & Larder)

8 pm: Tasting Dinner with 12 of Chicago’s great chefs
