This exciting two part collaboration between the Jacques Pepin Foundation and JWU benefitted and celebrated the 25th anniversary of Chefs Collaborative, raising awareness about challenges with Seafood Sustainability and alternative solutions.

Guest speakers to included: Rick Moonen, Barton Seaver, Derek Wagner, RI Fisheries Council, Bun Lai & many more!

In these Ted Talk style discussions, guests learned about our complex seafood food system, some of the challenges we face, and explore creative opportunities and solutions to these dynamic issues.

Educational programming was followed by a reception featuring RI oysters & caviar at Save the Bay with Foolproof Brewing!
