should consider. His name is Cal Stamenov and he is the executive chef for Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, Ca. In addition to his genius cooking, Cal is involved with cooking for charitable events all year long. He is also a favorite chef for many celebrities, and just was voted best chef of Monterey County for the second year in a row. Check him out!! Thank you!
