Chefs Collaborative Board Co-Chair chef Derek Wagner (Owner/Executive Chef, Nick’s on Broadway) and Summit scholar Anna Mercer (Executive Director, Commercial Fisheries Research Foundation) presented a workshop on Sourcing Rhode Island Seafood.
