Join us for an exciting two part collaboration between the Jacques Pepin Foundation and JWU, benefiting and celebrating the 25th anniversary of Chefs Collaborative, raising awareness about challenges with Seafood Sustainability and alternative solutions.
Guest speakers to include: Rick Moonen, Barton Seaver, Derek Wagner, RI Fisheries Council & many more!
In these Ted Talk style discussions, guests will learn about our complex seafood food system, some of the challenges we face, and explore creative opportunities and solutions to these dynamic issues.
Educational programming will be followed by a reception featuring RI oysters & caviar at Save the Bay with Foolproof Brewing!
