The Summit begins at 5:00pm on Sunday, November 3. In addition, several Field Trips will occur on Saturday, November 4. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly. Full details coming soon.
Hotel Booking Information
The historic Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston will serve as our home base. We have reserved a block of rooms for Chefs Collaborative Summit attendees, and we suggest you book your room as soon as possible if you need to make hotel arrangements.
