One of the principals is very big on the grass roots sustainability/organic movement and I have a background in the culinary arts. We're interested in speaking with resources that may have an interest in operating an organic farmers market/bazaar/commercial co-op kitchen in one of our facilities. I am a long time resident of Westport, CT (my family, The Nistico's, have been here since 1912 "The Red BArn Rest.) and wondered if you would be interested in meeting with me to discuss/brainstorm any ideas that you may have.
