		<description>You mention reducing your intake of ruminant meat, presumably because of their methane gas emissions.  However, the non-ruminants utilize huge quantities of grain, and grain-farming in this world is a carbon source, not a carbon sink (unless they can figure out how to breed perennial grains).  I do think you should make a distinction and mention that grain-fed ruminants should be avoided, and pasture-raised or grass-fed meat is better if one chooses to still eat meat.</description>
